What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work at all; others tell us how the site is used so we can improve it.
What this site sets
Strictly necessary. Cookies and local storage that make the site work: keeping you logged in to the client area, remembering items in your cart, and remembering the cookie choice you made on this banner. These cannot be switched off, because the site does not function without them.
Analytics and ads measurement. Google Analytics and Google Ads, which tell us how many people visit, which pages they read, and which of our adverts brought them here. These are optional.
Live chat. Our live chat widget sets cookies so a conversation survives you moving between pages. Chat is part of our support rather than marketing, so it loads for everyone.
Your choice
When you first visit, a banner asks you to Accept all, Reject all or Choose. Analytics and ads measurement are on by default unless you turn them off — except for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, where they stay off until you accept.
You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Turning analytics off clears the analytics cookies already set and reloads the page so nothing further is recorded.
Your choice is remembered for 12 months.
Doing it in your browser instead
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking everything will stop parts of this site and the client area from working, because the strictly necessary cookies go too.
Third parties
Google sets the analytics and advertising cookies described above, under its own privacy terms. Our live chat provider sets the chat cookies under theirs. We do not allow any other third party to set cookies on this site.
Changes
If we change what this site sets, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
